Hamburg International Short Film Festival: call for entries

Off we go! The Hamburg International Short Film Festival is now calling for entries. Please submit your films through its site.

The 27th Hamburg International ShortFilmFestival will take place from 7 - 13 June 2011. The 13th Mo&Friese Children's Short Film Festival from 5 - 12 June 2011. The submission deadline is 15 February 2011.

Films for the Three-Minute Quickie competition (the topic 2011 is 'German') have to be submitted by 1 April 2011.

The Hamburg International Short Film Festival 2011 has a new administration.

Birgit Glombitza (programme director) has published numerous articles on film, theatre and media issues and curated film programmes in cooperation with the Kinemathek Hamburg.
Sven Schwarz (administrative director) has worked as sponsoring and event manager at the Filmfest Hamburg and is organizing events for “A Wall is a Screen", a combination of guided city tour and film night.
